Square Peg Activities is a Birmingham-based charity dedicated to supporting disabled children, disabled adults, and their families. From our bespoke, fully accessible premises in Boldmere, we provide safe, inclusive, and engaging play and activity opportunities for people of all ages and abilities, while also offering valuable support to parents and carers.
The Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic and organised volunteers to support our friendly team with a range of administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the charity sector while helping us improve our services and increase our impact across the local community.
Volunteer Duties May Include:
- Supporting the Funding Director with the development and implementation of a new filing system
- Updating and maintaining funder records and databases
- Assisting the administration team with data entry and record keeping
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Helping to ensure organisational information is accurate, accessible, and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic IT and administrative skills
- A willingness to learn and support a busy charity team
- Reliability and a positive attitude
