Top 10 things to do in Birmingham this Easter!
Schools out…for the Easter Holidays! The second city is THE place to be this Easter, bursting at the seams with fun things to do for the whole family and we want to highlight some of our very favourites! Let us know what you are up to this Easter holiday!
We’ve put together a list of the top 10 things to do in Birmingham this Easter, with something for everyone on every budget…
1. Kids eat free at Bodega throughout half term

2. Too Cute or Not? Object Handling at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery
Take a close look at some of the objects from the museums handling collection, presented in the style of Rachel Maclean ’s weird and wonderful world!  Visitors will interrogate historical artifacts and vote with their emotions to decide if the objects really are Too Cute – or not!

3. Superheroes Assemble at Resorts World
Little superheroes, assemble! Resorts World has got an epic line-up of marvel-lous fun coming up during the Easter holidays. All free activity; will be popular with hero megafans; first assembled, first served. There will be crafts, competitions and even something for the adults! 4. Balsall Heath City Farm workshops
There is lots of fun to be had on the farm this Easter! Previously funded LoveBrum project Balsall Heath City Farm, are holding heaps of fun activities for families with children who have additional needs. Feed and handle the animals, play in the sand, make a hanging basket, play farm games and so much more! Booking is advised as places are limited, please click here for more info.

5. Make a splash at Moseley Road Baths
Join Moseley Road Baths this Easter for a fun packed two weeks! They’ve added extra Family Splash Party’s, Family Swimming sessions and ‘Kids Swim for a £1’ sessions. They’re also putting on Beginner and Improver course to help your children improve their swimming.

6. Ice Age, the Lost Kingdom – The Botanical Gardens
An all new animatronic outdoor Ice Age experience opening at Birmingham Botanical Gardens! This is the first outdoor Ice Age experience of its kind in the UK and a truly entertaining and educational experience for families. Visitors will explore gardens and parklands and uncover epic life-sized beasts along their walkthrough journey with scenery and props recreating the Ice Age period!

7. Cadbury Easter Egg hunts are back for 2019
Bunny’s been up to mischief again, hiding clues throughout National Trust across the UK, leading Easter egg hunters to delicious choccy treats! With a few clues to crack along the way, it’s time to join the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt and enjoy the fun. You’ll find egg hunts at Brum’s iconic Back to Back houses, Clent Hills and Moseley Old Hall. 8. Easter Dino Egg Hunt at Thinktank Museum
The dinosaurs are back and they have left their eggs hidden around the Thinktank museum. Help track them down and mark them off on your trail sheet to win a prize! Be quick though as the dinosaur eggs are only around for two weeks!

9.Hippodrome Easter Holiday Workshops
The Hippodrome Easter Holiday Workshops programme has something for the whole family. Why not try yoga or street dance, learn how to apply stage make-up or play with giant LEGO!
