We understand just what it takes to deliver a truly 360-degree service, that’s why our teams work tirelessly to support owners, investors and developers across residential and commercial sales and lettings, build to rent and asset management portfolios and of course why our building and estate management team are trusted by the UK’s brightest businesses.
I’m the Area Sales Director covering East & West Midlands, my primary role is to uphold the strong values of the company and deliver excellence in customer service across all our offices. Whether you’re interested in Buying, Selling, Renting or you’re looking to invest in property we’ve got you covered. I have a strong passion for property derived from my 20+ years in the industry, I look forward to welcoming all clients to Centrick.Â
What does the Birmingham/ Midlands region mean to you?
I’m incredibly proud to represent Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, having been born and spent most of my life initially in Edgbaston and then later into the greater Birmingham area I’ve seen first-hand the growth and development of our amazing region.Â
Birmingham is such an incredible place to live, we have a wealth of world class venues, businesses, amenities and of course people right on our doorsteps! From the beautiful charm of Solihull to the sophistication of the Jewellery Quarter, creativity of Southside and Digbeth, and the vibrancy of the city centre, Birmingham really represents the very best of Britain. We have a brilliant, diverse mix of cultures all in one place and it’s pretty incredible to think that we at Centrick been here to witness not just the growth of the region but the development of such a rich culture. It really fills me with personal pride to be a part of the positive innovation we’re seeing from businesses joining the city, the quality of the residential landscape and of course the commercial success of the city and the region as a whole.
Why did you want to get involved with LoveBrum?
Centrick has and always will set itself apart with our commitment not just to excellence in our service levels but by the impact we have on the communities that we serve. From our own charity work with Reconnected, which aims to point the spotlight on and provide a route out of homelessness in Birmingham, to our commitment to giving all of our team paid for charitable days every year and of course supporting local, national and international events like Red Nose Day, Comic Relief and the Earthquake appeal – Centrick always aim to be the change that we want to see in the world. Birmingham is our home, our heartland and a huge part of our success, that’s why it’s incredibly important for us to give back to the community in any way we can. LoveBrum has always been a vital platform for local charities that may not have the same voice as larger organisations, the work that these charities do is changing lives everyday so we’re proud to be a part of that.Â
What positive changes would you like to see in Birmingham?
Birmingham is an incredible city and as a region we’re a powerhouse, with a huge wealth of skills, brilliant people and a big, big heart, but like all major cities Birmingham’s has its own challenges, from mobility to poverty, unemployment and housing challenges. Charities like LoveBrum really help to champion the region and create both visibility and real change for the people that need it most – I’d personally like to see better access for all to opportunity as well a commitment to sustainability and a recognition for the people that truly make this city the great place it is.Â
