Monday Meditation with Laur Beech

Monday 13th July, 11am

Meditation allows us to pause and re-frame our perspective so that we can learn to experience a greater sense of calm, relaxation, clarity, and focus in our lives. Lockdown has been stressful in many ways and practicing mindfulness and mediation can be used a great tool to look after our mental health and well-being.

We will be holding two sessions on meditation with Laur Beech from InterYoga.
At 11-11.20am Laur will talk about meditation and it’s benefits and give you some examples of different types of meditation for beginners you can try at home.
From 11.30-11.50am Laur will take you through a restorative guided meditation. You are welcome to join in with both or either of the sessions.

This class is in aid of #OneBrum, our newest campaign supporting Birmingham charities and community projects through this crisis and beyond.

This session is donation based ‘give as you feel’ and every penny will help support #OneBrum causes.
